Yet another amicus crack at crack sentencing
As detailed in posts linked below, Professor Mark Osler (with some input from me) has been developing a series of amicus briefs for different circuit courts explaining why, after Booker, it is reasonable for a district judge not to follow the guidelines’ 100-1 crack-powder ratio.
