Selected Supreme Court Cases on Sentencing Issues (August 13)
The Commission has published brief summaries of selected Supreme Court and appellate court cases that focus on sentencing topics of current interest.
Updated Primers (August 13)
Primers provide a general overview of the statutes, sentencing guidelines, and case law for select sentencing topics. The latest releases cover drug offenses, role adjustments, and commercial sex acts and sexual exploitation of minors.
Supervised Release Toolkit (August 13)
The Commission published a comprehensive set of resources on supervised release, including new data, an eLearning course, and a collection of governing statutes, relevant guidelines, policy statements, and historical information.
