Kansas v. Marsh around the blogosphere
Though I am far more intrigued by the opinions and votes in Recuenco (commentary here and here) and Gonzales-Lopez (commentary here), most of the folks in the legal blogosphere are more eager to discuss the capital punishment fireworks in Marsh.
