Accounts of SCOTUS arguments in Guzek and Marsh

As previous noted here, the Supreme Court on Wednesday heard arguments in two capital cases, Oregon v. Guzek and Kansas v. Marsh.  This AP account provides snippets of the arguments in both cases, and Lyle Denniston has a thorough report here at SCOTUSblog concerning the Marsh argument.  I suspect both cases could be close votes.
