Oregon’s Blakely fix now law

As detailed in this article, in Oregon “Gov. Ted Kulongoski signed Senate Bill 528 last week, [in order to remedy] a flaw that the U.S. Supreme Court found last year in the criminal-sentencing guidelines of Oregon, several other states and the federal government.”  Background on this state legislative Blakely fix can be found in this prior postavailable here.  And this news, of course, only further contributes to my state of state Blakely excitement.
